Anthropomorphic art; not necessarily 'furry', depicting preferably non-cartoony half-animal, half-human, half-toaster etc. whatever you feel like drawing a combination of in a surreal manner! There are some cartoonish pieces in the gallery so far; while we're not anal about it we do prefer that you submit more traditional-styled anthro works instead of the usual mainstream style. This club is meant to be different and introduce tasteful, quality surreal-anthro art to people in hopes that people will learn to accept anthro as a different category than the mainstream ideals, and so that it can be accepted as a style and not a fad, as surreal anthropomorphic art can be seen all throughout history in the Egyptian era etc, and should be recognized as such!

Surreal Anthros doesn't have to mean catgirls with six arms. It could be any animal or human or just ANYthing, fused with something else! Such as, a flower with human arms or living chair with a dragon's head and tail. Take a look at just about any surreal artist's pieces, and you will see what I mean. Use your imagination!

Clubs are not allowed to +fav things, so in the future I will have more links to deviations that involve surreal anthros for you to look at and be inspired Hope you will join, and hope to see some interesting submissions soon! ^_^
